On March 17, 2020,  the Governor of Kaduna State, H.E Mal. Nasir El-Rufai, represented by the Special Adviser, Inter-Governmental Relations, Hajiya Hadiza Usman Muazu declared open the Stakeholders Consultative Forum on the implementation of the Television White Space (TVWS) guidelines at the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) HQ, Abuja. In attendance at the event was the Honorable Minister, Ministry of Communications & Digital Economy, Dr. Isa Pantami as the Keynote Speaker, the Executive Vice Chairman, of the  Nigerian Communications Commission, Prof. Umar Danbatta (host), members of the NCC Board and several stakeholders.
